The online store dalcasart.com aims to inform consumers about its products, giving them the possibility to place their order online.
Access to and use of it is subject to the following terms and rules, which supersede any contrary express or implied agreement between the dalcasart.com store and its user-visitors.

All information, text, graphics, design, software and original photographic material are the intellectual property of the store and are protected under relevant provisions of Greek and European law. Any act of reproducing, distributing, modifying or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written permission of the dalcasart.com store

dalcasart.com has made every effort to depict the products it has as accurately as possible by displaying photos, descriptions and more specific comments. However, this website may contain errors (typographic, numerical and illustration). dalcasart.com does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the illustrations and descriptions or the reliability of any advice, opinion statement or other information, referred to or made available on this Website. Nor does it guarantee that the pages, services, options and contents will be provided without interruption, but it does guarantee that bugs and errors will be corrected as soon as they are noticed (we ask for your help with this). Under no circumstances, including in the case of negligence, dalcasart.
Also, this website does not guarantee that the same or any other related site or the servers through which they are made available to you are provided without viruses or other harmful components, however it uses one of the best servers in the world and protected with the most inaccessible protection against any form of viruses.

The prices of the products listed in our online store are the final prices (including VAT 24%) where they are determined by our company. Our online store reserves the right to change prices without notice. Of course, the customer pays the amount indicated on his order and it does not matter if the price has changed by the delivery date.
In any case, although we make every effort to accurately list the details and prices that we list in our online store, we cannot rule out the possibility of typographical or technical errors in product prices and features. The costs of transportation through the online store, as and customs or other taxes are not included in the prices listed next to each product.

7. Order

The conclusion of a valid order is possible as long as the consumer is legally competent according to the Greek Civil Code, i.e. as long as he has reached the age of 18 and is not under judicial support in terms of concluding a sales contract.

You can order in the following ways:

a. Order from our website (24/7)
From our website, you place an order and immediately see what you are ordering, at what price and quantity. In order to place an order, fill in the relevant form with the necessary information to conclude the contract. When placing your order you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order and detailing your purchase.

b. Order by e-mail
You can send us an e-mail either by following the relevant application of the website in the contact option, where you fill in the corresponding form with the name and code of the product you wish to buy together with your details and any other question or clarification you want. This method is recommended in the case of a specialized order. Our e-mail is  info@dalcasart.com

c. Telephone order

In any case, we will contact you to confirm your order and inform you of shipping costs.

In case of a problem with your order, we will make sure to contact you immediately either by email or by phone on the details you have provided. It is therefore very important that you take care of their validity and inform us if they change. In case of unavailability of your order, we reserve the right to refuse the delivery of your order and bear no responsibility.


8. Payment methods

To settle your order you can use one of the following payment methods:

a. Pay on delivery

Pay the value of the order (up to €500) to the courier company that will deliver your order to you upon delivery. There is an additional charge for the cash on delivery service which is automatically calculated during the process of placing your order.

The choice of cash on delivery is not valid for delivery to addresses outside Greece or addresses where the transport companies we cooperate with do not offer this service.

The cost of the cash on delivery service is set at €3.5 (+24% VAT).

b. Bank Deposit / Remittance

Place your order online and pay by deposit/transfer to the following bank account.

Pay for your order using your Paypal account.
PayPal payment is free for purchases up to €60. For purchases over €60 there is an additional charge of 1.8%.
 
d. Payment in store

If you choose to pick up and pay for your order in our store then you can choose between 3 payment methods:

  • Cash payment in store up to €500
  • Payment by credit in one payment or in installments
  • Pay by debit card in one charge 

9. Methods of receipt / shipment

The Dalcasart company can ship its products all over Greece & all over the world

a. HELLAS
1. General Post & Speedex (Courier)
Your order will be sent by General Post or Speedex as a parcel or envelope. The courier will pass by your place, without notice, to deliver your order.
Shipping costs:  Free for purchases over €60, €5 charge for smaller purchases.
Estimated Delivery Time:  2 – 5 business days from the day of dispatch

*Hard-to-reach places may incur additional delivery time and fees, so in any case we will contact you first.

2. Pickup from the store
Your order will be prepared and held in our store. Payment can be made either through our website or upon receipt of the order in the store. Please be sure to contact us before you come so you can be sure your order is ready.
Collection costs:  Free
Estimated order preparation time:  same day – 1 business day
 
b. TO OTHER COUNTRIES
Your order will be sent with ELTA as a parcel or envelope, while it will have been paid through our website, either through PayPal or by Bank Transfer / Remittance. It is not possible to pay by cash on delivery.
Shipping charges: 
  • Small Parcel / Envelope: €10
  • In any other case we will contact you first to inform you of the shipping costs
Estimated delivery time:   10 working days from the day of dispatch
* The final price includes taxes, however our store is not responsible for any customs charges or duties that may be imposed by the respective country outside the EU.

10. Time of Delivery

Some products are 100% handmade and made to order. Not all are in stock and therefore take 1-3 working days to complete (depending on product type and workload) as long as raw material is available in the market. In any case, you will be continuously and immediately informed about the changes and the availability of the products.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday  (excluding holidays). If your order is placed on Saturday, it will be approved, prepared and shipped the next business day.

When your order is delivered to the courier we cooperate with, we inform you with a relevant e-mail so you know when you will receive it.

The company bears no responsibility for transfers delayed by external factors (such as strikes, road closures, extreme weather, etc.). 


11. Security & Delivery

All dalcasart products are packed in special protective packaging to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. In the event that you receive an order with damaged packaging, the company does not assume responsibility for damage. Please contact us so we can identify the alteration and replace your order.

Shipments and deliveries are made to the address we will give you and it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details. The company does not assume responsibility for non-delivery of products to wrongly registered details.

If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it or because the courier company or post office failed to complete the delivery, you bear the reshipment costs.


12. Product Change Policy

In case you wish to change the product, you should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product on the phone 0030 6977315223 or by email  info@dalcasart.com , in order to point out the problem and approve its return. No returns will be accepted without prior contact by phone or email.

  • If you wish to change the product you have purchased or wish to receive a refund, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. 
  • In case the product has a defect or your order is wrong, you have the possibility to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. We do not accept returns after these days.
  • A necessary condition for the return and exchange of the product is that the product is in the condition in which you received it and is accompanied by its packaging, the proof of purchase and the form found here: (form)
  • In any case of exchange for non-defective products, return and delivery costs are borne by the customer.
  • Returns are made with the postal company that the store will indicate to customers and at the expense of the store. In case you wish to send the package with a different company, you are responsible for all shipping costs, otherwise we will not receive your package and it will be returned to you.
  • Can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.  
  • We do not refund the original shipping costs for returned products. dalcasart is not responsible for the loss of returned products and will not track the tracking number. Please when you receive your tracking number track it. 
  • Once you contact us at  info@dalcasart.com  we will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions.
  • Upon receipt of the product, we recommend that you personally inspect it and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
  • Change of products that have already been changed will not be accepted.

*It should be noted that in the case of a refund, the cost of transport costs is withheld and only the value of the product (including VAT) is returned to the customer.


13. Refund Policy

To proceed with the return process, please contact us first.
You have the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, unless a longer period has been agreed, by returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any expense, except for the costs of return. This period starts from the day you receive your order. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the supplier is obliged to return the sums paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days. 

  • Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been worn or used beyond testing and is in its original condition.
  • A necessary condition for withdrawing from the purchase and refunding the money is that the product is in the condition in which you received it and is accompanied by its packaging and proof of purchase.
  • In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the supplier is obliged to return the sums paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days. 
  • In this case, you bear the costs of transporting the products and customs clearance costs for countries outside the European Union 
  • The refund will be made within 30 working days after we receive the return package, and in the same way as the customer’s original payment was made.
  • You must complete the cancellation form provided when placing the order and email us at  info@dalcasart.com  marked return and reference the order code.  
  • In the event that the above conditions are met, we are obliged to refund the price you have paid within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return order.
  • When receiving the product, we recommend that you personally check the delivered product and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, Dalcasart has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products.
 

Special Orders

The right of return does not apply to products which you have requested and which have been specially manufactured for you and which are in accordance with the specifications which you have requested from us. After ordering a product made especially for you, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

14. Defective Product

All of our jewelry is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to you. If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days by asking us to repair it, replace it with a similar product (if this is available), or withdraw from the purchase with a refund of your money.

In the event that you wish to change the product or withdraw from the market due to a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product on the phone 00306977315223 or by email  info@dalcasart.com , in order to point out the problem and to approve its return/change.

A necessary condition for the return and exchange of the product is that the product is in the condition in which you received it and that it is accompanied by its packaging, the proof of purchase and the return form.

Our products are carefully packed in order to reach the customer in good condition. Dalcasart is not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the carrier.
